🌊 Jiho's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Jiho's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 甲辰From age 1 (1997) the 甲辰 pillar takes over — Madeira above, Terra below. Madeira and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
2. 乙巳From age 11 (2007) the 乙巳 pillar takes over — Madeira above, Fogo below. Madeira and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
3. 丙午From age 21 (2017) the 丙午 pillar takes over — Fogo above, Fogo below. It doubles his own Fogo, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse. — now
4. 丁未From age 31 (2027) the 丁未 pillar takes over — Fogo above, Terra below. It doubles his own Fogo, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
5. 戊申From age 41 (2037) the 戊申 pillar takes over — Terra above, Metal below. Terra and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
6. 己酉From age 51 (2047) the 己酉 pillar takes over — Terra above, Metal below. Terra and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
7. 庚戌From age 61 (2057) the 庚戌 pillar takes over — Metal above, Terra below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
8. 辛亥From age 71 (2067) the 辛亥 pillar takes over — Metal above, Água below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
