Suyun Saju

🌊 Suyun's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Suyun's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 壬辰From age 7 (2007) the 壬辰 pillar takes over — Água above, Terra below. Água pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
2. 癸巳From age 17 (2017) the 癸巳 pillar takes over — Água above, Fogo below. Água pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over. — now
3. 甲午From age 27 (2027) the 甲午 pillar takes over — Madeira above, Fogo below. Madeira pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
4. 乙未From age 37 (2037) the 乙未 pillar takes over — Madeira above, Terra below. Madeira pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
5. 丙申From age 47 (2047) the 丙申 pillar takes over — Fogo above, Metal below. Fogo and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
6. 丁酉From age 57 (2057) the 丁酉 pillar takes over — Fogo above, Metal below. Fogo and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
7. 戊戌From age 67 (2067) the 戊戌 pillar takes over — Terra above, Terra below. It doubles his own Terra, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
8. 己亥From age 77 (2077) the 己亥 pillar takes over — Terra above, Água below. It doubles his own Terra, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
