Yujin Saju

🌊 Yujin's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Yujin's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 乙未From age 3 (1998) the 乙未 pillar takes over — Madeira above, Terra below. Madeira pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
2. 甲午From age 13 (2008) the 甲午 pillar takes over — Madeira above, Fogo below. Madeira pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
3. 癸巳From age 23 (2018) the 癸巳 pillar takes over — Água above, Fogo below. Água and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
4. 壬辰From age 33 (2028) the 壬辰 pillar takes over — Água above, Terra below. Água and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
5. 辛卯From age 43 (2038) the 辛卯 pillar takes over — Metal above, Madeira below. It doubles his own Metal, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
6. 庚寅From age 53 (2048) the 庚寅 pillar takes over — Metal above, Madeira below. It doubles his own Metal, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
7. 己丑From age 63 (2058) the 己丑 pillar takes over — Terra above, Terra below. Terra and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
8. 戊子From age 73 (2068) the 戊子 pillar takes over — Terra above, Água below. Terra and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
