Honbit's paid items (luck cycles, yearly forecast, full compatibility report, ad-free, etc.) are digital content delivered immediately on payment. Once access has started, statutory cancellation rights for digital content may be limited.
We refund in full if: (1) you paid but the content never unlocked, (2) you were charged twice, or (3) a clear system error mischarged you. Email us within 14 days of purchase.
Digital content you've already accessed and used isn't refundable for a simple change of mind. If something special is going on, email us anyway — a human reviews it.
If you reside in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by accessing paid content immediately (e.g. opening the report) you consent to immediate performance of the digital content, which waives the withdrawal right for that item. Items you haven't accessed remain fully refundable within the 14-day window.
We may deny refunds where there's evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or bad-faith use.
Email honbit.app@gmail.com with (1) your payment email, (2) the order number or receipt, and (3) the reason. We process within 3–5 business days; approved refunds return to your original payment method.
Payments and refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. The actual refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method; your bank may add a few business days.
Honbit Pro is a one-time unlock, not an auto-renewing subscription — so there's no 'cancel renewal' step.
