All Honbit content is free, so nothing needs to be paid for. The one paid product, Couple Pro, is a recurring subscription: cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access through the period you already paid for. You can cancel yourself at any time from the payment provider (Gumroad), and we put no retention step in the way. Past one-time Pro purchases are never revoked.
We refund in full if: (1) you paid but the content never unlocked, (2) you were charged twice, or (3) a clear system error mischarged you. Email us within 14 days of purchase.
Digital content you've already accessed and used isn't refundable for a simple change of mind. If something special is going on, email us anyway — a human reviews it.
If you reside in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by accessing paid content immediately (e.g. opening the report) you consent to immediate performance of the digital content, which waives the withdrawal right for that item. Items you haven't accessed remain fully refundable within the 14-day window.
We may deny refunds where there's evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or bad-faith use.
Email support@honbitsaju.com with (1) your payment email, (2) the order number or receipt, and (3) the reason. We process within 3–5 business days; approved refunds return to your original payment method.
Payments and refunds are handled through Gumroad, our Merchant of Record. The actual refund is issued by Gumroad to your original payment method; your bank may add a few business days.
Couple Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $3.99 per month or $34.99 per year, charged through Gumroad on the same date each period, counted from your first payment. You can cancel at any time — billing stops from the next cycle and you keep access through the period you already paid for.
