Amaru Saju

🌊 Amaru's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Amaru's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 乙酉From age 6 (2010) the 乙酉 pillar takes over — Kayu above, Logam below. Kayu pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
2. 甲申From age 16 (2020) the 甲申 pillar takes over — Kayu above, Logam below. Kayu pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over. — now
3. 癸未From age 26 (2030) the 癸未 pillar takes over — Air above, Tanah below. Air pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
4. 壬午From age 36 (2040) the 壬午 pillar takes over — Air above, Api below. Air pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
5. 辛巳From age 46 (2050) the 辛巳 pillar takes over — Logam above, Api below. Logam and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
6. 庚辰From age 56 (2060) the 庚辰 pillar takes over — Logam above, Tanah below. Logam and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
7. 己卯From age 66 (2070) the 己卯 pillar takes over — Tanah above, Kayu below. It doubles his own Tanah, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
8. 戊寅From age 76 (2080) the 戊寅 pillar takes over — Tanah above, Kayu below. It doubles his own Tanah, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
