🌊 Sungjae's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Sungjae's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 己卯From age 10 (2004) the 己卯 pillar takes over — Tanah above, Kayu below. Tanah pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
2. 戊寅From age 20 (2014) the 戊寅 pillar takes over — Tanah above, Kayu below. Tanah pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
3. 丁丑From age 30 (2024) the 丁丑 pillar takes over — Api above, Tanah below. Api pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over. — now
4. 丙子From age 40 (2034) the 丙子 pillar takes over — Api above, Air below. Api pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
5. 乙亥From age 50 (2044) the 乙亥 pillar takes over — Kayu above, Air below. Kayu and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
6. 甲戌From age 60 (2054) the 甲戌 pillar takes over — Kayu above, Tanah below. Kayu and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
7. 癸酉From age 70 (2064) the 癸酉 pillar takes over — Air above, Logam below. It doubles his own Air, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
8. 壬申From age 80 (2074) the 壬申 pillar takes over — Air above, Logam below. It doubles his own Air, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
