Yanan Saju

🌊 Yanan's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Yanan's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 己亥From age 6 (2001) the 己亥 pillar takes over — Tanah above, Air below. Tanah pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
2. 庚子From age 16 (2011) the 庚子 pillar takes over — Logam above, Air below. Logam pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
3. 辛丑From age 26 (2021) the 辛丑 pillar takes over — Logam above, Tanah below. Logam pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over. — now
4. 壬寅From age 36 (2031) the 壬寅 pillar takes over — Air above, Kayu below. Air and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
5. 癸卯From age 46 (2041) the 癸卯 pillar takes over — Air above, Kayu below. Air and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
6. 甲辰From age 56 (2051) the 甲辰 pillar takes over — Kayu above, Tanah below. It doubles his own Kayu, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
7. 乙巳From age 66 (2061) the 乙巳 pillar takes over — Kayu above, Api below. It doubles his own Kayu, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
8. 丙午From age 76 (2071) the 丙午 pillar takes over — Api above, Api below. Api and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
