🌊 DK's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle DK's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 辛丑From age 1 (1997) the 辛丑 pillar takes over — Metal above, Tierra below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
2. 壬寅From age 11 (2007) the 壬寅 pillar takes over — Agua above, Madera below. Agua and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
3. 癸卯From age 21 (2017) the 癸卯 pillar takes over — Agua above, Madera below. Agua and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
4. 甲辰From age 31 (2027) the 甲辰 pillar takes over — Madera above, Tierra below. It doubles his own Madera, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
5. 乙巳From age 41 (2037) the 乙巳 pillar takes over — Madera above, Fuego below. It doubles his own Madera, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
6. 丙午From age 51 (2047) the 丙午 pillar takes over — Fuego above, Fuego below. Fuego and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
7. 丁未From age 61 (2057) the 丁未 pillar takes over — Fuego above, Tierra below. Fuego and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
8. 戊申From age 71 (2067) the 戊申 pillar takes over — Tierra above, Metal below. Tierra pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
