Sojin Saju

🌊 Sojin's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Sojin's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 壬辰From age 6 (1991) the 壬辰 pillar takes over — Agua above, Tierra below. Agua and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
2. 辛卯From age 16 (2001) the 辛卯 pillar takes over — Metal above, Madera below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
3. 庚寅From age 26 (2011) the 庚寅 pillar takes over — Metal above, Madera below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
4. 己丑From age 36 (2021) the 己丑 pillar takes over — Tierra above, Tierra below. Tierra pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over. — now
5. 戊子From age 46 (2031) the 戊子 pillar takes over — Tierra above, Agua below. Tierra pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 丁亥From age 56 (2041) the 丁亥 pillar takes over — Fuego above, Agua below. Fuego and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
7. 丙戌From age 66 (2051) the 丙戌 pillar takes over — Fuego above, Tierra below. Fuego and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
8. 乙酉From age 76 (2061) the 乙酉 pillar takes over — Madera above, Metal below. It doubles his own Madera, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
