🌊 Wonpil's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Wonpil's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 己巳From age 3 (1996) the 己巳 pillar takes over — Tierra above, Fuego below. Tierra pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
2. 庚午From age 13 (2006) the 庚午 pillar takes over — Metal above, Fuego below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
3. 辛未From age 23 (2016) the 辛未 pillar takes over — Metal above, Tierra below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
4. 壬申From age 33 (2026) the 壬申 pillar takes over — Agua above, Metal below. Agua and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
5. 癸酉From age 43 (2036) the 癸酉 pillar takes over — Agua above, Metal below. Agua and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
6. 甲戌From age 53 (2046) the 甲戌 pillar takes over — Madera above, Tierra below. It doubles his own Madera, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
7. 乙亥From age 63 (2056) the 乙亥 pillar takes over — Madera above, Agua below. It doubles his own Madera, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
8. 丙子From age 73 (2066) the 丙子 pillar takes over — Fuego above, Agua below. Fuego and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
