🌊 Carmen's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Carmen's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 庚寅From age 8 (2013) the 庚寅 pillar takes over — Logam above, Kayu below. Logam pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
2. 己丑From age 18 (2023) the 己丑 pillar takes over — Tanah above, Tanah below. Tanah and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
3. 戊子From age 28 (2033) the 戊子 pillar takes over — Tanah above, Air below. Tanah and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
4. 丁亥From age 38 (2043) the 丁亥 pillar takes over — Api above, Air below. It doubles his own Api, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
5. 丙戌From age 48 (2053) the 丙戌 pillar takes over — Api above, Tanah below. It doubles his own Api, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
6. 乙酉From age 58 (2063) the 乙酉 pillar takes over — Kayu above, Logam below. Kayu and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
7. 甲申From age 68 (2073) the 甲申 pillar takes over — Kayu above, Logam below. Kayu and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
8. 癸未From age 78 (2083) the 癸未 pillar takes over — Air above, Tanah below. Air pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
