🌊 Vernon's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Vernon's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 乙卯From age 6 (2003) the 乙卯 pillar takes over — Kayu above, Kayu below. Kayu and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
2. 丙辰From age 16 (2013) the 丙辰 pillar takes over — Api above, Tanah below. It doubles his own Api, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
3. 丁巳From age 26 (2023) the 丁巳 pillar takes over — Api above, Api below. It doubles his own Api, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse. — now
4. 戊午From age 36 (2033) the 戊午 pillar takes over — Tanah above, Api below. Tanah and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
5. 己未From age 46 (2043) the 己未 pillar takes over — Tanah above, Tanah below. Tanah and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
6. 庚申From age 56 (2053) the 庚申 pillar takes over — Logam above, Logam below. Logam pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
7. 辛酉From age 66 (2063) the 辛酉 pillar takes over — Logam above, Logam below. Logam pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
8. 壬戌From age 76 (2073) the 壬戌 pillar takes over — Air above, Tanah below. Air pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
