Yeeun's Saju

🌊 Yeeun's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Yeeun's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 己未From age 2 (1999) the 己未 pillar takes over — Earth above, Earth below. It doubles his own Earth, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
2. 戊午From age 12 (2009) the 戊午 pillar takes over — Earth above, Fire below. It doubles his own Earth, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
3. 丁巳From age 22 (2019) the 丁巳 pillar takes over — Fire above, Fire below. Fire and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
4. 丙辰From age 32 (2029) the 丙辰 pillar takes over — Fire above, Earth below. Fire and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
5. 乙卯From age 42 (2039) the 乙卯 pillar takes over — Wood above, Wood below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 甲寅From age 52 (2049) the 甲寅 pillar takes over — Wood above, Wood below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
7. 癸丑From age 62 (2059) the 癸丑 pillar takes over — Water above, Earth below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
8. 壬子From age 72 (2069) the 壬子 pillar takes over — Water above, Water below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
