Donghae's Saju

🌊 Donghae's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Donghae's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 己亥From age 9 (1994) the 己亥 pillar takes over — Earth above, Water below. Earth pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
2. 庚子From age 19 (2004) the 庚子 pillar takes over — Metal above, Water below. Metal and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
3. 辛丑From age 29 (2014) the 辛丑 pillar takes over — Metal above, Earth below. Metal and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
4. 壬寅From age 39 (2024) the 壬寅 pillar takes over — Water above, Wood below. It doubles his own Water, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse. — now
5. 癸卯From age 49 (2034) the 癸卯 pillar takes over — Water above, Wood below. It doubles his own Water, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
6. 甲辰From age 59 (2044) the 甲辰 pillar takes over — Wood above, Earth below. Wood and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
7. 乙巳From age 69 (2054) the 乙巳 pillar takes over — Wood above, Fire below. Wood and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
8. 丙午From age 79 (2064) the 丙午 pillar takes over — Fire above, Fire below. Fire pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
