Yoon's Saju

🌊 Yoon's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Yoon's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 己未From age 8 (2010) the 己未 pillar takes over — Earth above, Earth below. Earth pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
2. 戊午From age 18 (2020) the 戊午 pillar takes over — Earth above, Fire below. Earth pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over. — now
3. 丁巳From age 28 (2030) the 丁巳 pillar takes over — Fire above, Fire below. Fire pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
4. 丙辰From age 38 (2040) the 丙辰 pillar takes over — Fire above, Earth below. Fire pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
5. 乙卯From age 48 (2050) the 乙卯 pillar takes over — Wood above, Wood below. Wood and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
6. 甲寅From age 58 (2060) the 甲寅 pillar takes over — Wood above, Wood below. Wood and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
7. 癸丑From age 68 (2070) the 癸丑 pillar takes over — Water above, Earth below. It doubles his own Water, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
8. 壬子From age 78 (2080) the 壬子 pillar takes over — Water above, Water below. It doubles his own Water, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
