Ayaka's Saju

🌊 Ayaka's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Ayaka's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 己未From age 7 (2009) the 己未 pillar takes over — Earth above, Earth below. Earth pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
2. 庚申From age 17 (2019) the 庚申 pillar takes over — Metal above, Metal below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over. — now
3. 辛酉From age 27 (2029) the 辛酉 pillar takes over — Metal above, Metal below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
4. 壬戌From age 37 (2039) the 壬戌 pillar takes over — Water above, Earth below. Water and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
5. 癸亥From age 47 (2049) the 癸亥 pillar takes over — Water above, Water below. Water and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
6. 甲子From age 57 (2059) the 甲子 pillar takes over — Wood above, Water below. It doubles his own Wood, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
7. 乙丑From age 67 (2069) the 乙丑 pillar takes over — Wood above, Earth below. It doubles his own Wood, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
8. 丙寅From age 77 (2079) the 丙寅 pillar takes over — Fire above, Wood below. Fire and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
