Junmin's Saju

🌊 Junmin's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Junmin's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 丙辰From age 7 (2009) the 丙辰 pillar takes over — Fire above, Earth below. It doubles his own Fire, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
2. 乙卯From age 17 (2019) the 乙卯 pillar takes over — Wood above, Wood below. Wood and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
3. 甲寅From age 27 (2029) the 甲寅 pillar takes over — Wood above, Wood below. Wood and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
4. 癸丑From age 37 (2039) the 癸丑 pillar takes over — Water above, Earth below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
5. 壬子From age 47 (2049) the 壬子 pillar takes over — Water above, Water below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 辛亥From age 57 (2059) the 辛亥 pillar takes over — Metal above, Water below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
7. 庚戌From age 67 (2069) the 庚戌 pillar takes over — Metal above, Earth below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
8. 己酉From age 77 (2079) the 己酉 pillar takes over — Earth above, Metal below. Earth and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
