Xion's Saju

🌊 Xion's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Xion's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 丙子From age 2 (2001) the 丙子 pillar takes over — Fire above, Water below. It doubles his own Fire, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
2. 乙亥From age 12 (2011) the 乙亥 pillar takes over — Wood above, Water below. Wood and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
3. 甲戌From age 22 (2021) the 甲戌 pillar takes over — Wood above, Earth below. Wood and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
4. 癸酉From age 32 (2031) the 癸酉 pillar takes over — Water above, Metal below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
5. 壬申From age 42 (2041) the 壬申 pillar takes over — Water above, Metal below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 辛未From age 52 (2051) the 辛未 pillar takes over — Metal above, Earth below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
7. 庚午From age 62 (2061) the 庚午 pillar takes over — Metal above, Fire below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
8. 己巳From age 72 (2071) the 己巳 pillar takes over — Earth above, Fire below. Earth and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
