Seungho's Saju

🌊 Seungho's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Seungho's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 己酉From age 4 (1990) the 己酉 pillar takes over — Earth above, Metal below. It doubles his own Earth, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
2. 戊申From age 14 (2000) the 戊申 pillar takes over — Earth above, Metal below. It doubles his own Earth, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
3. 丁未From age 24 (2010) the 丁未 pillar takes over — Fire above, Earth below. Fire and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
4. 丙午From age 34 (2020) the 丙午 pillar takes over — Fire above, Fire below. Fire and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
5. 乙巳From age 44 (2030) the 乙巳 pillar takes over — Wood above, Fire below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 甲辰From age 54 (2040) the 甲辰 pillar takes over — Wood above, Earth below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
7. 癸卯From age 64 (2050) the 癸卯 pillar takes over — Water above, Wood below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
8. 壬寅From age 74 (2060) the 壬寅 pillar takes over — Water above, Wood below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
