Kangsung's Saju

🌊 Kangsung's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Kangsung's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 己酉From age 11 (2012) the 己酉 pillar takes over — Earth above, Metal below. It doubles his own Earth, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
2. 庚戌From age 21 (2022) the 庚戌 pillar takes over — Metal above, Earth below. Metal and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
3. 辛亥From age 31 (2032) the 辛亥 pillar takes over — Metal above, Water below. Metal and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
4. 壬子From age 41 (2042) the 壬子 pillar takes over — Water above, Water below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
5. 癸丑From age 51 (2052) the 癸丑 pillar takes over — Water above, Earth below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 甲寅From age 61 (2062) the 甲寅 pillar takes over — Wood above, Wood below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
7. 乙卯From age 71 (2072) the 乙卯 pillar takes over — Wood above, Wood below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
8. 丙辰From age 81 (2082) the 丙辰 pillar takes over — Fire above, Earth below. Fire and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
