Kaede's Saju

🌊 Kaede's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Kaede's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 己丑From age 7 (2011) the 己丑 pillar takes over — Earth above, Earth below. It doubles his own Earth, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
2. 庚寅From age 17 (2021) the 庚寅 pillar takes over — Metal above, Wood below. Metal and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
3. 辛卯From age 27 (2031) the 辛卯 pillar takes over — Metal above, Wood below. Metal and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
4. 壬辰From age 37 (2041) the 壬辰 pillar takes over — Water above, Earth below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
5. 癸巳From age 47 (2051) the 癸巳 pillar takes over — Water above, Fire below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 甲午From age 57 (2061) the 甲午 pillar takes over — Wood above, Fire below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
7. 乙未From age 67 (2071) the 乙未 pillar takes over — Wood above, Earth below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
8. 丙申From age 77 (2081) the 丙申 pillar takes over — Fire above, Metal below. Fire and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
