Seokyoung's Saju

🌊 Seokyoung's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Seokyoung's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 己巳From age 7 (2005) the 己巳 pillar takes over — Earth above, Fire below. It doubles his own Earth, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
2. 庚午From age 17 (2015) the 庚午 pillar takes over — Metal above, Fire below. Metal and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
3. 辛未From age 27 (2025) the 辛未 pillar takes over — Metal above, Earth below. Metal and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
4. 壬申From age 37 (2035) the 壬申 pillar takes over — Water above, Metal below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
5. 癸酉From age 47 (2045) the 癸酉 pillar takes over — Water above, Metal below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 甲戌From age 57 (2055) the 甲戌 pillar takes over — Wood above, Earth below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
7. 乙亥From age 67 (2065) the 乙亥 pillar takes over — Wood above, Water below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
8. 丙子From age 77 (2075) the 丙子 pillar takes over — Fire above, Water below. Fire and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
