Zio's Saju

🌊 Zio's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Zio's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 庚辰From age 2 (2006) the 庚辰 pillar takes over — Metal above, Earth below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
2. 辛巳From age 12 (2016) the 辛巳 pillar takes over — Metal above, Fire below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
3. 壬午From age 22 (2026) the 壬午 pillar takes over — Water above, Fire below. Water and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
4. 癸未From age 32 (2036) the 癸未 pillar takes over — Water above, Earth below. Water and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
5. 甲申From age 42 (2046) the 甲申 pillar takes over — Wood above, Metal below. It doubles his own Wood, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
6. 乙酉From age 52 (2056) the 乙酉 pillar takes over — Wood above, Metal below. It doubles his own Wood, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
7. 丙戌From age 62 (2066) the 丙戌 pillar takes over — Fire above, Earth below. Fire and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
8. 丁亥From age 72 (2076) the 丁亥 pillar takes over — Fire above, Water below. Fire and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
