Yu's Saju

🌊 Yu's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Yu's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 己卯From age 8 (2012) the 己卯 pillar takes over — Earth above, Wood below. Earth and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
2. 戊寅From age 18 (2022) the 戊寅 pillar takes over — Earth above, Wood below. Earth and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
3. 丁丑From age 28 (2032) the 丁丑 pillar takes over — Fire above, Earth below. Fire pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
4. 丙子From age 38 (2042) the 丙子 pillar takes over — Fire above, Water below. Fire pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
5. 乙亥From age 48 (2052) the 乙亥 pillar takes over — Wood above, Water below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 甲戌From age 58 (2062) the 甲戌 pillar takes over — Wood above, Earth below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
