Nana's Saju

🌊 Nana's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Nana's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 壬辰From age 10 (2010) the 壬辰 pillar takes over — Water above, Earth below. Water and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
2. 癸巳From age 20 (2020) the 癸巳 pillar takes over — Water above, Fire below. Water and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
3. 甲午From age 30 (2030) the 甲午 pillar takes over — Wood above, Fire below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
4. 乙未From age 40 (2040) the 乙未 pillar takes over — Wood above, Earth below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
5. 丙申From age 50 (2050) the 丙申 pillar takes over — Fire above, Metal below. Fire pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 丁酉From age 60 (2060) the 丁酉 pillar takes over — Fire above, Metal below. Fire pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
