Eunji's Saju

🌊 Eunji's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Eunji's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 辛酉From age 8 (2000) the 辛酉 pillar takes over — Metal above, Metal below. It doubles his own Metal, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
2. 壬戌From age 18 (2010) the 壬戌 pillar takes over — Water above, Earth below. Water and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
3. 癸亥From age 28 (2020) the 癸亥 pillar takes over — Water above, Water below. Water and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
4. 甲子From age 38 (2030) the 甲子 pillar takes over — Wood above, Water below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
5. 乙丑From age 48 (2040) the 乙丑 pillar takes over — Wood above, Earth below. Wood pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 丙寅From age 58 (2050) the 丙寅 pillar takes over — Fire above, Wood below. Fire pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
7. 丁卯From age 68 (2060) the 丁卯 pillar takes over — Fire above, Wood below. Fire pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
8. 戊辰From age 78 (2070) the 戊辰 pillar takes over — Earth above, Earth below. Earth and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
