Asahi's Saju

🌊 Asahi's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Asahi's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 乙未From age 5 (2005) the 乙未 pillar takes over — Wood above, Earth below. It doubles his own Wood, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
2. 甲午From age 15 (2015) the 甲午 pillar takes over — Wood above, Fire below. It doubles his own Wood, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
3. 癸巳From age 25 (2025) the 癸巳 pillar takes over — Water above, Fire below. Water and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him. — now
4. 壬辰From age 35 (2035) the 壬辰 pillar takes over — Water above, Earth below. Water and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
5. 辛卯From age 45 (2045) the 辛卯 pillar takes over — Metal above, Wood below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 庚寅From age 55 (2055) the 庚寅 pillar takes over — Metal above, Wood below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
7. 己丑From age 65 (2065) the 己丑 pillar takes over — Earth above, Earth below. Earth pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
8. 戊子From age 75 (2075) the 戊子 pillar takes over — Earth above, Water below. Earth pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
