Taerae's Saju

🌊 Taerae's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Taerae's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 丙午From age 10 (2011) the 丙午 pillar takes over — Fire above, Fire below. It doubles his own Fire, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
2. 丁未From age 20 (2021) the 丁未 pillar takes over — Fire above, Earth below. It doubles his own Fire, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse. — now
3. 戊申From age 30 (2031) the 戊申 pillar takes over — Earth above, Metal below. Earth and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
4. 己酉From age 40 (2041) the 己酉 pillar takes over — Earth above, Metal below. Earth and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
5. 庚戌From age 50 (2051) the 庚戌 pillar takes over — Metal above, Earth below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 辛亥From age 60 (2061) the 辛亥 pillar takes over — Metal above, Water below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
7. 壬子From age 70 (2071) the 壬子 pillar takes over — Water above, Water below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
8. 癸丑From age 80 (2081) the 癸丑 pillar takes over — Water above, Earth below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
