Soha's Saju

🌊 Soha's Great Luck cycle (대운) — the 10-year tides

Saju reads a life in ten-year pillars. Each one re-colors the same chart, which is why the same person reads differently at 23 and at 33. Below is every cycle Soha's chart hands them, with the one they are living in now marked.

1. 甲午From age 7 (2012) the 甲午 pillar takes over — Wood above, Fire below. Wood and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
2. 癸巳From age 17 (2022) the 癸巳 pillar takes over — Water above, Fire below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over. — now
3. 壬辰From age 27 (2032) the 壬辰 pillar takes over — Water above, Earth below. Water pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
4. 辛卯From age 37 (2042) the 辛卯 pillar takes over — Metal above, Wood below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
5. 庚寅From age 47 (2052) the 庚寅 pillar takes over — Metal above, Wood below. Metal pushes against his Day Master, so the decade asks for effort rather than handing things over.
6. 己丑From age 57 (2062) the 己丑 pillar takes over — Earth above, Earth below. Earth and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
7. 戊子From age 67 (2072) the 戊子 pillar takes over — Earth above, Water below. Earth and his Day Master feed each other, so the decade tends to carry him.
8. 丁亥From age 77 (2082) the 丁亥 pillar takes over — Fire above, Water below. It doubles his own Fire, so the decade amplifies what he already is — for better and worse.
